REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received, unused and undamaged

It must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to return the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at projektai@griliai.lt, providing a description and, where possible, photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and arrange an appropriate solution.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product (subject to approval), and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:

The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 10 business days
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
