Usage:
- Setup: Place firelighters at the bottom of the inner container, in the central area. Remove the burner from the grill, place briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablet on top. Ignite the firelighters to start the chosen fuel. Once the fuel has burned (charcoal turns white and stops emitting smoke), you can place chosen plates and cover them with the lid. It is recommended to leave the heating plate warm and only then put the chosen meat, fish, or vegetables into the grill. If you choose briquettes, you can bake them after ±15 minutes, Cobblestone - ±5 minutes.
- Cooking: You can cook "dry" and "wet". Dry cooking is a traditional grilling method. When cooking moistly, it is advisable to pour water with spices or other fluids into the sides of the lower inner container, add favorite herbs or garlic cloves. This way, the dishes will acquire a subtle taste, be juicy, and soft. You can also bake potatoes in foil on the sides of the inner container.
- Smoking: Place wood shavings, pieces directly on the heat source: briquettes or tablets. If you want to add wood shavings less frequently or have a long but light wood smoke, wrap the shavings in foil and puncture the holes. Place the foil on the briquettes.
- End of cooking: Using the lifting handle, remove the tray with the remaining hot briquettes / tablets. Pull them to the side to extinguish them: pour water or cover with sand. You can immediately place the grill in a bag or take it in your hands and carry it home.

Cleaning. The COBB Pro charcoal grill is easy to maintain: fats from roasting go into a special groove in the inner container. If you cover the inner container with foil, the fat will not get on the inside. After cooking, just remove the foil and replace it with a new one. Except for the Gridle+ plate, you can wash the grill in the dishwasher. You can also choose high-quality cleaners for stainless steel. We recommend GRANIT.
